Regarding ATF forfeiture, the ATF recently (~3 wks ago) raided a Gilbert, AZ rifle manufacturer. Rumors say that the warrant just said "Seize everything." They did not shut down the manufaturer or suspend their FFL. No one was arrested. The ATF just showed up with some semis and news crew, and took damn near everything. It's been almost 3 weeks, no charges have been filed, and everything is still sealed. The manufacturer is struggling to stay open and with a large outpouring of support from the Arizona shooting community, has managed to.

Regarding the FBI story, one has to wonder if the best way to reduce crime might just be to get rid of all law enforcement agencies. Sure, it would embolden criminals, but think of all the crime that would disappear just because the cops were no longer there tricking people into it.

What happens if one of the kids, who in my case ,is autistic, should hit the link?! I would be GUILTY!! But, in my eyes, I would still be innocent. Just seems like a bad precedent to set.

What happens if the wrong link gets tagged when I am trying to get something near it on the page? It happens to me all of the time, if I am not real careful.

I also have the problem of getting pop-ups that just show up on my computer. I get rid of them immediately, but the damage has been done. Porn popped up on my computer!

I just think they are going to get a lot of false raids out of this. How many SWAT teams are going to be used? And how many innocents will be affected? Like the Frederick guy who shot someone breaking into his house. Sadly, it was a cop and he was killed. Now Frederick is a murderer?

Just more bad news, on the police state, we are now living in!

Watch the Price Is Right, daily, Radko?
It was nice to see Drew laugh, maybe the only laugh he
gets from that program.

Shatner, reciting 'Common People' will give everyone a groan
or a laugh so send it on to those you love.

Pulp's Common People does a better job of lancing the romanticized view of poverty among trustifarians than any 10 books could do.

Regarding the FBI Child Porn,
People thought gettting rickrolled was annoying. Wait until somebody can get you to click a link that sends the FBI to your house at 6 in the morning.

CP is the testing ground since no one wants to be seen as defending CP. Once they get it refined and accepted by judges as being a valid tool this will be exported to other crimes.

It's very troubling considering how easy it is to trick, obfuscate, and otherwise shuttle people to a site via broken links, misleading links, scripts, etc.

Surprised to see forfeiture from the ATF. I thought that was the DEA's domain, but I'm also naive.

That Redlasso player is horrible for dial-up users. Unlike You-Tube it doesn't let you cache the entire clip so there's no way to watch it unless your connection is fast enough to stream the video.
