I don't really see a problem here. I guess you could say something about government meddling over the years has gotten people to stop smoking, and it was never the government's business. But, really, there's no law against carrying cigarettes, or having them with you at a magic show. Just, no one did, so who cares? I don’t get it? I don’t really see a problem here.
