		<description>Reminds me of the Clinton administration, which wanted back doors to all encryption software so the government could always decrypt any electronic transmission.  Of course, as soon as there&#039;s a master password held by the government to defeat encryption software there will be some government employees selling the password to criminals.  I think we should start doing what I suggested then: cc all your e-mail to the president, vice president, head of the FBI, etc.  If they want to read everyone&#039;s e-mail, let&#039;s make it easy for them.</description>
