Pick a an article from Wikipedia’s randomizer for your band name. Pick the last four words of a quote from Wikipedia’s quote randomizer for your album name, and pick a random photo from Flickr’s “interesting” page for your album artwork.

I got the band “Storey’s African Mole Rat.” The name of the album was “Out Before it Comes.” And here is the album cover. Seriously.

    “Storey’s African Mole Rat” led by singer xylophonist Radley Balko, was a short-lived gospel hard core techno punk band of the mid nineties, well known for it’s one hit wonder album, “Out Before it Comes”. The hit single, “Mississippi In-Justice System” was followed by “SWAT the Constitution”. They generated controversy with their open multi-urinal display antics both on and off stage. Black-listed by Fox and relentlessly followed by proselytizing Ayn Rand zombies, the band fell apart when performing live at Rack and Roll, the local authorities videotaped alleged copyright violations. From the hospital after the raid, Balko pleaded innocent to self-defence, but was sentenced to three-five years in butt-f*ck prison. He continues to write his satirical blog The Agitator from behind bars. Send contributions to his legal defence to the Agitator.

    but Mudhoney already beat you to similar album artwork (“Touch Me I’m Sick / Sweet Young Thing Ain’t Sweet No More”)

    Joel — the collection you linked to had some cool ones but it was amazing how many people couldn’t get the “last FOUR words” part right.

    Mine came out very college radio bland:

    Band – Terrestrial
    Album – I call it intelligence
    Cover – Some kind of waterfowl head.
