   1998 Detroit adult literacy rate according to the National Institute of Literacy…47%.

   Sorry I can’t really see the difference between this and an old mine in the hills.

   It needs to get cleaned up and torn down!

   What is it with city folk that can’t manage to clean up after themselves?

   But the pics are very striking, well done and enjoyable to look at.
