“Life is unfair” JFK
My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
What a great leagacy he has left. I have passed this on to friends and family. Every American should read this whether they believe the war is just or not makes no difference. This is why our soldiers need our support. These are the kind of brothers/sisters, mom/dads etc we are sending to Iraq.
It’s a very saddening to have to read that. I was in the military for 9+ years and I always feel a personal loss whenever an American military member is lost in this war. It’s good to know that he at least had a sense of humor about his own death and freely takes responsibility for it. I hope his wishes are observed and he isn’t used for political purposes on either side.
And, more importantly, I hope he can rest in peace.
My thoughts & prayers go out to his family - of course. My brother who was also killed in IRAQ, would have been 24 last month. It doesn’t make sense, it never will. Thanks to this soldier for being a part of our world for as long as he was. God Bless his family.
