   His language is rather macho and denigrating:
   “someone who had the balls to do something”
   “These ladies should have brought me on years ago”
   “you have to have a real man-to-man chat”

   “push into complete female independence”, saying that they depend on a man to achieve female independence …

   Mixed feelings, hopefully he doesn’t use that language to the women in his workplace or that could be considered sexual harassment, go figure.

   I think this marks the second appearance of CATO in the Onion, the other being a fairly recent post on the discovery by political scientists at CATO of a new form of government that only lasts a quarter of a second in very controled circumstances.
