I know what you mean. If I didn’t know any better, I would have though this article was somebody’s idea of a joke.
Mixed feelings, hopefully he doesn’t use that language to the women in his workplace or that could be considered sexual harassment, go figure.

I think this marks the second appearance of CATO in the Onion, the other being a fairly recent post on the discovery by political scientists at CATO of a new form of government that only lasts a quarter of a second in very controled circumstances.
