I simply wanted to take a moment to let you know there is an error in your blog post titled “Bleed for Public Safety”. The New Jersey opinion was by the Appellate Division, not the Supreme Court. As I’m sure you’re aware, this makes a huge difference in terms of possibility of appeal. Additionally, the case is “unpublished,” which (at least for the time being) keeps the case from being binding precedent on lower courts.
