So if the governor and attorney general both believe this was a terrible miscarriage of justice, is it too soon to start asking why Bernie McCabe–the man who prosecuted Paey–still has a job?

Would send a mighty strong message about how prosecutors exercise discretion, context, and judgment if he were to be fired.
