I’m delighted to report that Cory Maye’s lawyer, Bob Evans, knocked off the incumbent in a runoff election, and won himself a seat in the Mississippi State Legislature.

Couldn’t have happened to a better guy. Mississippi (and politics generally) needs more stand-up people like Evans.
