So the state of Florida is cracking down on prisoners who masturbate in their cells. Eight prosecutions in the last month.

I wonder, in that time, how many prisoners in Florida have been tried for raping another inmate?

Let’s see. Approximately One in ten men in prison is raped (one in five is sexually assaulted). There are 90,000+ inmates in Florida’s prison system. Anyone have a calculator?

But in Broward County, Florida, they find it wise to spend taxpayer dollars to stop prisoners from touching themselves. Because it’s apparently better for everyone involved if they keep all that sexual energy bottled up.
