Tim Carney has a good piece in the Examiner looking at the role private developers played in getting those odious traffic fines through the state legislature and signed by Governor Kaine.

Meanwhile, I’ve had a query from a resident of Albo’s district who’s interested in mounting a write-in challenge in November.
