Is Georgia About to Execute an Innocent Man?

It’s not clear. But more importantly, it’s not sufficiently clear that they’re about to execute a guilty one. Which ought to be enough to call it off.

Kathryn Johnston, Genarlow Wilson, Troy Davis. The Peach State’s mounting a strong campaign to overtake Mississippi as the least just state in the country. Put Texas and Louisiana in a neck-and-neck race for third.
