For the second time in a week, a flashbang grenade used in a police raid caught a house on fire.

These things are supposedly non-lethal, but there are quite a few burned suspects and bystanders, charred homes, and even a few bodies suggesting otherwise.

The suspect in this case was a parole violator, though the article doesn’t mention what crime he originally committed.
