Atlanta Police Chief Richard Pennington said tonight that police found marijuana in Kathryn Johnston’s home, and that “it was not a large amount.” Whether that means an ounce, a gram, or trace I guess is something we’ll have to wait to hear.

Police have told AJC reporters on background that Johnston was not suspected of drug activity. I’ll let you judge for yourself whether a “not large” amount of marijuana warrants a forced entry, paramilitary-style raid on the home of a 92-year old woman.
