Pete Guither’s admirable campaign to counter the DEA’s propaganda exhibit now on display at Chicago’s Museum of Science and Industry continues to be stifled by museum administrators.

After confining Guither to an isolated stretch of sidewalk where few museum visitors would actually tread, the museum is now arguing that Guither’s pamphlets are “commercial” in nature, and that he therefore must apply for a commercial permit.

You gotta’ think the government knows it’s on shaky ground when they won’t even allow the other side to be heard.
