So I’m reading this article on fetal alcohol syndrome, and how a Canadian doctor is urging the country to throw millions of dollars at preventing, and is urging doctors to instruct women not only to never drink during pregnancy, but to not even drink while trying to get pregnant, and then one, two, three….fifteen paragraphs down, comes this sentence:

In Koren’s research, he hasn’t been able to detect any harmful effects of minimal drinking during pregnancy.

Huh.
