Colbert King writes on the continuing efforts of D.C. officials to cover up the death of Jonathan Magbie, the 27-year-old quadriplegic who died in custody after D.C. Judge Judith Retchin sentenced him to 10 days in jail for possessing a singe marijuana cigarette.
