Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the Department of Homeland Security’s Center for Faith-Based and Community Initiatives, a new agency created by President Bush yesterday through a public, constitutional process requiring the consent of Congress executive order.

Because everyone knows that when it comes to securing the homeland, faith-based charities do a better job than conventional charities.
