The Capital Freedom blog wants to know why the officer who shot Sal Culosi, Jr. hasn’t yet been named.

It’s a good question. The police are public servants. When one of them shoots and kills an unarmed civilian, he ought to be held accountable. That includes letting the public know who he is.
