Tom Bux, who’s a member, has more on the gambling raid at a Frackville, Pennsylvania Elks Club.

That would be the raid that ensnared Rep. Tim Holden, who participated in the criminal Super Bowl pool. Holden didn’t break any laws by participating. He only embarassed himself. Not for gambling. But for gambling after casting votes in Congress aimed at preventing other people from gambling.
