Illinois wants to suspend for a year the driver’s licenses of suspected drunk drivers who refuse roadside breath tests. Convicted drivers would then have their licenses revoked. But the new Illinois law would continue the yearlong suspension, even for drivers eventually acquitted, or never charged.

I say it’s time we stop pussyfooting around: It’s time for on-site assasination of anyone even suspected of having a beer before getting behind the wheel. I see a massive PR campaign, flagged by the motto: You Drink, You Drive, You’re Dead!
