My new Fox column takes aim at Rep. Frank Wolf for putting a provision in the Katrina aid package that exempts liquor stores, tanning salons, and other unsavory businesses from federal aid. I did try to toss in all the appropriate caveats about aid, federal meddling, and disaster bailouts.
