Bono’s handlers are running like hell from that alleged Santorum fundraiser.

Turns out, Santorum merely has a luxury box on hold in the venue were U2 will be playing, and was using the event as a fundraiser without knowledge or permission from the band.

The “teaming up” verbiage used by Newsmax came from either a wingnut news organization or a terrified campaign staff, both in desperate search of good PR for a conservative darling who at the moment is getting trounced by double digits in the polls.
