The idea of Jessica Biel as “Sexiest Woman Alive” was and still is idiotic. And so Esquire magazine’s announcement it has crowned Biel with the title may be the most obtuse and ill-conceived media accolade since the early 1990s, when Spin magazine declared It Takes Two by Rob Base and DJ EZ Rock its top-ever single.
