The Wall Street Journal laments the U.S. Drug War via a dateline in Guatamala.

And the AARP runs a lengthy, well-reported piece on how the DEA is suppressing the treatment of pain.

The author of the AARP piece is a guy named Barry Yeoman. His previous article for the magazine was on how eminent domain abuses affect the elderly. Both are fine examples of how liberty-loving people can find alliances even with powerful, big-government groups like the AARP.

Apologies in advance — but c’mon, you have to know this is coming…

The guy is doing Yeoman’s work.
