Feeling Better About My Donation Already

The ACLU is filing suit in Michigan to stop a whopper of a law that allows cops to give alcohol breath tests to anyone suspected of underage drinking. Refusal brings a $100 fine.

One plaintiff to the suit was pulled by cops from her parents’ home at 4am, and ordered to blow into a machine. She passed.

Unbelievable.
