Judge to First Amendment: Shut Up.

A Washington state judge has apparently ruled that opinionated talk radio constitutes an in-kind political contribution.

I can’t see how this could withstand an appeal. But then, whodda’ thought we’d have restrictions on political communication in the first place?

    That whole First Amendment thing didn’t mean anything anyway. Come to think of it, they really didn’t mean any of them… Who needs a gun? Why should you protest if the government comes and takes your stuff if someone else…
