Anti-smoking forces in Chicago are pushing a plan that would ban smoking in all public indoor facilities, outdoor structures, free standing bars, and outdoors within 25 feet of any of any entrance to any of the above. Which essentially means they want to ban smoking everywhere but in the homes of smokers.

They’ve also announced a $15 million lobbying campaign to push the plan.
