Souter Update

Via Marginal Revolution, you can make a public, online pledge to spend 7 nights at the to-be-named Liberty Hotel should the town of Weare condemn the land from Justice Souter.

This would demonstarte to Weare officials that there are significant tourist dollars at stake.

    Kelo, Justice Souter’s House, and Some Who Should Know Better.

    It’s funny, but it’s grossly inappropriate – the push by Freestar Media (commercial site here) to get the Town of Weare, New Hampshire, to take Justice Souter’s home by eminent domain and give it to hotel developers for the Lost
