Photoblogging: Boston
Sunday, June 26th, 2005I’ve been browsing the photo files on my computer and though I’d share with you a few straggler photos and groups of photos I came across.
Tonight: Stray pics from my trip to Boston this past Memorial Day.

Bike parked in an alley near Beacon Hill.

Said on the plaque that this is the oldest church in Boston.

Extended exposure shot of a skyscraper at dusk.

Lots of old-set-against-new scenery in Boston.

Brownstones in Beacon Hill.

I love this picture, though it was completely accidental. It’s set in Boston Common at night, and I again was playing around with the extended explosure. Set at 3 seconds, I some caught two poses with minimal blur — one set, and one kinda’ ghostly.

There’s some public art along the Charles River that looks to be four enormous incarnations of those things people hold around their heads to tan their faces. This is a cute kid who was playing on one of them.
