I too am worried about Supreme Court Justices citing international law in their opionions. But Tom Delay’s harangue of Justice Kennedy last week also contained this WTF passage:

“Absolutely. We’ve got Justice Kennedy writing decisions based upon international law, not the Constitution of the United States? That’s just outrageous,” DeLay told Fox News Radio. “And not only that, but he said in session that he does his own research on the Internet? That is just incredibly outrageous.”

Is Delay really so out of touch , he’s never heard of Lexis or Westlaw? And if so, shouldn’t we be a bit troubled by that? I mean, he’s only the most powerful man in the House of Representatives.
