High Fines Not Enough For Indecency – Republican Says We Need Prison Terms
(Warning: foul language ahead.) Not content to raise fines to absurd levels, or threaten to censor cable and satellite along with broadcast TV, at least one leading Republican Congressman wants to put people in prison for putting out indecent material.
