Now, all of that is logically consistent and is not contradictory. Yes, they passed the whole shabang, but failed in a particular area. Remember gym class? Well, maybe you failed the volleyball section of class, but passed the class as a whole. Is this possible? Yes. Just like it is possible for the redskins oline to make a barely passing grade overall, yet still be a failure when it comes to the clutch. MP is right.
