The White House announced that Drug Czar John Walters will be staying on for another term so he can continue his efforts to blame Canada for having the crack cocaine of marijuana, blame sick people for wanting to feel better, and so he can continue his obsession with the urine of schoolchildren.

Well, not in those words.
