Remember this case? It’s the 7-year old boy who was disciplined for saying “bad wurds” after he explained to a classmate that his mom is a lesbian.

Guess what? The teacher who disciplined him is now suing his mother for defamation. The teacher insists that the boy wasn’t punished for using the word “gay.” How in the world, then, does she explain what she wrote on the disciplinary form?
