My Fox column looks at the radical notion that lawmakers should read laws before voting on them, and seconds the suggestion from Julian Sanchez and Josh Marshall that there be a waiting period between the time a bill is voted on and the the time it’s officially passed into law.

I also have a piece on the drug war that went out on the Freedom Wire. So far, the Colorado Springs Gazette is the only paper I know of that has picked it up, and that site is subscription-only.
