    Ooooo…quite the dichotomy between “faith-based” and “state-based” versions of false hope.

    This country gets what it deserves.

    My friends, Social Security is most certainly not in any sort of trouble, except for the minor fact that it is an insolvent Ponzi scheme, which I enthusiastically support unless I don’t. These have always been my positions and I have been consistent in adhering faithfully to one or the other. Social Security has plenty of money… or the power to continue to spend plenty of money until after I am elected… which is in essence the same thing. Of course Social Security has money… we still have checks left. We have plenty of money and what money we don’t have we’ll get from people like President Bush, who doesn’t need it, what with the free rent and all.
