moving on up

Monday, February 16th, 2004

Thereâ??s a whole philosophy behind cleaning clutter and throwing things away â?? getting rid of the old junk makes room for better things to enter your life â?? both materially and personally.

And both materially and personally I did some house cleaning of my own late last week.

It wasnâ??t easy, goodbyes never are.

But having done what I needed to do, I was less than optimistic about that philosophy working its wonders in my own life — especially with the long weekend approaching and not terribly much in the way of plans.

The next day (post â??house cleaningâ?) the pain from my wisdom teeth extractions had vanished. I had plans for the weekend and perhaps most importantly I can now say I finally know single guys in Los Angeles who arenâ??t bleeding heart liberals.

Good luck, Moxie. A hard but necessary choice IMO in light of what you told us last week. He’s out there . . .

I can no longer say I donâ??t know any single guys in Los Angeles who arenâ??t bleeding heart liberals.

It took many readings before my feeble brain untangled all the negatives in there. You now know at least one non-bleeding-heart in the Los Angeles area.

But can you no longer dishonestly say you don’t not know zero guys not in Los Angeles who aren’t not bleeding heart liberals?

sometimes it’s not so bad to have some time for personal reflection….i am convinced it is good for the soul. see a movie, feed the ducks at the lake, visit with a niece or nephew, go to an art gallery. do something you might not ordinarily, just to appreciate life. we ain’t here all that long darlin’.
    them’s my 2 cents. michelle

Every once in a while I read a post and think, “Wow, Radley, what’s with all this estrogen?”

    I get tired sometimes

Tonight a man I know well asked me how I could support George Dubya — silly question — and if…

Only one explanation for this last comment, you are estrogen deficient Jake.
