Blogorama: Chicago
Friday, November 7th, 2003The big night has arrived, and bloggers from all over the midwest will converge on The Windy City for what is sure to go down in blogging history as a truly groundbreaking event. Fortunately, we were able to secure a venue with the capacity to host this momentous occasion.

8:00pm - Close (or whenever police disperse the crowd)
Everyone is welcome, however you must be 21 and over to enter. I’m looking forward to meeting everyone.

Actually, at Matilda you have to be 23. But if you’re 22, I’m sure in all the mayhem you’ll be able to sneak past.
Is there shuttle service from Jersey? Need my exit?

Can I bring my butlers?
Chicago Blogorama TONIGHT
Do you blog and are you in Chicago? If so, and you don’t have plans for tonight, now you do. Via The Agitator comes this announcement: Blogorama: Chicago The big night has arrived, and bloggers from all over the midwest…
We want pictures of the festivities.
Why is it that I am continually close to the last person to hear about things like this?
I have wondered before where and how I can tune in to BNN…
(the Blogger News Network)
I hope that things went well… I wish that there would be things like this in central Illinois; perhaps even here in the state capital.
Anyway, I actually had a class tonight… And will have it again tomorrow. The final is on Sunday afternoon.
(Fortunately, this course only met on three weekends during this semester - and the last time is this weekend.)
It would be neat to see pictures from that event… I wish that I could have been there. Please let us know how it went. Thanks!
The fact that this location is a mere hop skip and jump does not make up for the negative aspects of living in Chicago, so on balance it is just as well that even had I noticed the announcement on time it would not have been practical to get there.
