Nike and Obesity

I have a column running on Tech Central today about now the Nike free speech case just passed over by the Supreme Court might affect the rash of obesity lawsuits.

    I’m afraid you are correct. The ruling by the California Supreme Court would make this plausible. The most frightening this is that you can be a resident of California and have never consumed a big mac, but still have standing to sue McDonald’s for misleading claims.
