Gene Healy tells a funny story.

Two guys work in a barbershop in New York. They go outside to have a smoke because, it being New York and all, they aren’t allowed to smoke in their barbershop. Which they work at.

While outside having a smoke, they’re ticketed for “loitering outside a business.” Did I mention they work there?

“Blame it on Bloomberg,” the cop said.

    Since when are smokers so whiny? And no smoker ever got a ticket for loitering. How about litering? Do those cigarette butts disappear overnight? They should all stop complaining and do something about a filthy, unhealthy habit.
