Hot Cheerleader Videos! At the Washington Post.

The WaPo sport’s section was soliciting high school cheerleader videos for its website.

Purely for…er…journalistic reasons, I’m sure.

Seems to have been taken down since this item ran.

    Hmmm, our nation’s leaders seem to have even more of a cheerleader fetish than the rest of us. I lived in DC in 1985-87. One of the local TV stations had the usual “Academic Challenge” show, where teams of students from local schools competed to answer questions on the French and Indian War. What made it different is that the cheerleading squads accompanied them. They took you into and out of commercial breaks, and got a segment to perform a routine on-air. I’ve never seen that anywhere else (and I’ve been looking).
