Where to Draw the Line on Lott

Gene Healy is right. Once Lott’s gone, it’s important that liberty-lovers draw a thick and conspicuous line between themselves and the racial demagoguery groups. Don’t let the NAACP’s assertions about what are and aren’t “racist” positions go unchallenged. Among the items Gene unearthed from the NAACP’s Congressional report card that the organization claims run contrary to the interests of black Americans: voting for the impeachment of President Clinton, and funding for Head Start.
